2020 was a weird year for everyone. Weddings, vacations and all kind of events were being cancelled left and right. It seemed like there was nothing to look forward to. But luckily myself, my sister and our friends were still able to go to Martha’s Vineyard for our annual trip. Unfortunately one friend didn’t feel comfortable going, so it was just five of us, but we were just so happy to go somewhere and be together.
There were of course a lot of restrictions in place due to Covid-19 but we didn’t stray from the house besides going to our favorite beach down the street, so it didn’t effect us too much. I don’t have anything else to write except that during a pandemic year, the Martha’s trip was the perfect getaway – beach all day and hanging out at the house at night. During a disappointing year, this was such a highlight.
